Addition + Deck
Added 400 sq. ft. addition, installed new front deck, and added stone veneer.

Mountain Deck
Installed deep concrete footings for deck posts, used a Prow Deck Design/Herringbone Framing Pattern, increased property value immensely.

Wrap-Around Deck
Maintained existing peripheral corner roof, built new deck before attaching the roof back into the structure. Added almost 400 sq. ft. of usable space above the steep slope.

Entertainment Deck
Expand your entertainment area with a patio deck. Using low-maintenance materials this large deck at Wind River Ranch offers over 500 additional sq. ft. of space. The deck also adds ADA compliant ramp access.

Golf Course Deck
Trex composite decking allows low-maintenance, making it a very cost effective product. Trex was also used for the railing topper aka the “drink rail cap”. And river rock was added along the perimeter to maintain a clean and low-maintenance exterior.
